 MedSleep Resources

The MEDSleep Educational Resources are designed to help medical schools increase the sleep-related knowledge and skills of students, staff and community health care providers.

These teaching tools are the result of grants that were provided through the Sleep Academic Awards program. This program was implemented from 1996 to 2003 by the National Center for Sleep Disorders Research, which is a part of the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI).

The MEDSleep Resources are maintained, reviewed and periodically updated by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

These free resources are for educational purposes only and may not be sold for any reason. Any use of a MEDSleep Resource must include a citation that recognizes the following sources: the individual author, the Sleep Academic Awards Program of the NHLBI, and the AASM.
